Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in begins at 4 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m. Express check-out is available through your television or by completing an Express check-out card and leaving it with one of our Front Desk representatives. Late check-outs are subject to an additional charge.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty of a one-night hotel stay. No-shows are charged a fee of a one-night hotel stay. Exceptions may apply during holidays, special events or conventions.
Pet Policy: L'Auberge does not allow pets. Please contact the hotel directly for pet boarding facilities in the area.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted in designated hotel rooms. Although we make every effort to ensure that all requests for bed type and smoking preference are received, we do not guarantee a specific bed type or smoking preference. Rooms will be assigned upon check-in based on availability. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in a non-smoking hotel room.
Deposit Policy: Upon check-in, a $50 per day deposit will be required with a major credit card or debit card. Credit card will have a pending authorization for up to 14 business days. Please note, use of a debit card will result in a $50 charge and will take up to 30 business days to be refunded. No cash or pre-paid cards accepted.
