Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4pm. Check-out is 11am. Express Check-out is available through your television or by completing an Express Check-out card and leaving it with one of our Front Desk representatives. Late check-outs are subject to an additional charge.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty of a one-night hotel stay. No-shows are charged a fee of a one-night hotel stay. Exceptions may apply during holidays, special events or conventions.

Concierge
L'Auberge Casino Resort provides personalized concierge service to ensure our guests enjoy all the amenities offered at our resort and in the surrounding areas. This includes assistance with transportation arrangements, restaurant, golf and spa reservations, floral arrangements and more. If you have any special needs or requests, please contact us prior to your arrival by calling 337.395.7188.

Fitness Facilities
Registered hotel guests and guests receiving spa treatments receive complimentary access to the Fitness Facility. Daily use of the Fitness Facility for guests not staying in the hotel or without a spa treatment is $20.

Pet Policy
L'Auberge does not allow pets. Please contact the hotel directly for pet boarding facilities in the area.

Guest Laundry
Same-day service available Monday - Saturday, excluding holidays. Drop-off deadline is 7am. Contact the Bell Desk at extension 7174 to arrange pick-up. Items will be delivered to the guest's room after 6pm. A list of laundry services and prices are available in each guest room.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is permitted in designated hotel rooms. Although we make every effort to ensure that all requests for bed type and smoking preference are received, L'Auberge Lake Charles does not guarantee a specific bed type or smoking preference. Rooms will be assigned upon check-in based on availability. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in a non-smoking hotel room.

Parking and Complimentary Valet
Self-parking is available in the main parking area and the parking garage. Valet parking is available and complimentary.

Business Center
Available to hotel guests 24 hours a day at 1.337.395.7569. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm.

Wi Fi Access
Complimentary for hotel guests. A faster service is available for $9.99.

Deposit Policy
Upon check-in a $50 per day deposit will be required with a major credit card or debit card. Credit card will have a pending authorization for up to 14 business days. Please note, use of a debit card will result in a $50 charge and will take up to 30 business days to be refunded. No cash or pre-paid cards accepted.

AAA and AARP
A 10% discount is given with proper identification.

Marina Boat Slips/RV Parking
Marina boat slips can be reserved at the hotel front desk or by calling 337.395.7777. * Because of recent construction we no longer have RV reservations or parking available. Please call 337.395.777 for area parking alternatives.
